I am a content creator, a qualified personal trainer and a advocate for eating whole plant-based foods. I’ve been eating solely plant-based foods for 12 years now and in doing so I’ve learnt how to cook balanced meals to nourish my body in a sustainable way.

A lot of my cooking is inspired by my Nigerian heritage as well as growing up eating Caribbean dishes and Indian spices which you’ll find in my recipes.
