Peanut & Tahini Tofu
Ingredients:
TOFU:
225g tofu
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1/2 tbsp chilli powder
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 ground ginger
3 tbsp cornstarch
PEANUT AND TAHINI SAUCE:
25g tahini
44g smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp agave
3 tbsp olive oil (adjust for preferred consistency) 400g young jackfruit
Dice the tofu and add all the above all of the spices and mix until the tofu is well coated. Add to the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
Combine the ingredients for the sauce into a bowl and adjust for your taste.
I had mine with rice but it also goes very well with noodles or even in salad. I added some kimchi, broccoli, spring onions and seseme seeds.
